Human Made Brown Tuck Pants: Fit, Care, and How to Wear Them

We’re Human Made. Nigo started the brand in 2010, pulling from old American workwear and military pieces he collected. The brown tuck pants come from that same place. Cotton, relaxed through the seat, tapered below the knee. Simple.

The fit

Regular fit, tapered leg. The tuck at the front gives room through the hip and thigh, then the leg narrows down. Not skinny. Not baggy.

Sizing runs normal for pants. But Human Made t shirts run about one size small. So if you’re grabbing a Human Made white printed black t shirt to wear with these, size up on the shirt. The pants? Stay true to size unless you’re between sizes. Then go up.

Waist on a medium sits near 88cm. Inseam is about 80cm. That’s roughly a 34-35 inch waist in US sizing.

What to wear with them

Brown goes with more than people think.

Cold wash. Gentle cycle. Mild detergent. No bleach — it kills the color and weakens the fibers.

Turn them inside out first. Keeps the surface from getting beat up in the machine.

Low heat dryer or hang them. High heat shrinks cotton, and brown fades in direct sun. Shade dry if you can.

Iron on low if needed. Skip any printed areas or patches.

Store folded or hung somewhere dry. That’s it.
